Habitat Description: Growing amongst shed pine needles, in partial shade from ca. 3m tall pine trees, along edge of unpaved road.

Soil Description: Orange-red soil. Weches formation.

Botanical Data

Plant Notes: Erect herb with flowers and immature fruit. Drooping flowers have pale yellow banners, and pale pink wings and keel. Pale green calyx is densely pubsecent while haris on stems and leaves are shorter and less dense. Growing with: Liatris squarrosa, Galactia, Pinus. Occasional.
