Locality Description: Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge. Found at the Southwest edge of the large Northeast most clearing on Todd Island in partially shaded area going towards smaller clearing .

Habitat Description: Extremely sandy soil with grassy, herbaceous vegeation, partially shaded area.

Soil Description: Deep sandy Aquilla soils.
